From the elevations of ancient and historic Olive Groves of Ehden and Qadisha in Northern Lebanon, the Saade family has been deeply involved in the preservation of their heirloom olive groves. They continue to sustain the heritage and economy of traditional Lebanese culture. They have made it their mission to  protect these ancient historic trees and their growers who have been cultivating them for generations.  Every drop of this ultra premium olive oil is a story told by the olive trees that bore the fruit and a success story for saving the groves and their growers.
